Ruby red color. Intense aromas of black cherry, blackberry, and vanilla. On the palate, it is full bodied and tannic. Long finish of vanilla, leather and spice.

Serve at 65°F in a large Bordeaux style glass. Pair with red meats such as braised beef or pork tenderloin.

Here is a wine that is concentrated, structured, and full bodied; a perfectly mature Cabernet Sauvignon. It has spicy-balsamic notes in Merlot; medium term aging in oak barrels. It is powerful, muscular, lush and opulent. Enriched by aromas of black currants, cherries, and spices, this wine maintains a solid structure based on slightly wild tannins.
